Hey mate, it’s not an easy thing to do, multiple methods i tried and what worked was a ratchet strap around the tyre fairly tight. A product called start ya bastared was sprayed within the tyre, you will have to test to see how much to spray inside, start with small amounts! Make sure air compressor is connected to air valve and you have a welding glove on and cant get burnt, light it and hold on with the air pumping into the rim! The flame should turn red, blue, green then POOP!!, my mate got his eye brows singed once lol, use with caution and at your own risk. If that all doesn’t work, use a ratchet strap to stretch the tyre out over a couple days and use a heat gun etc. Also depends on the type of rim, the cpr 9” rim worked well because of the shape and it closed up the gap 90% with the tyre to start with because of its chunky big dish design. All the best and stay safe! Remember use welding gloves and a mask, maybe even wrap your arms in old cloths too! :D
