Founder & Managing Director - Paul Jones

Paul brings over 20 years of retail management, marketing and sales to CPR.  Paul raced bitumen AKA through the late 90's and early 2000's running National Light, Clubman Light, and TAG (Rotax 125) providing a solid foundation for the kart product CPR retails nationally today.  With a strong focus on customer service, Paul provides CPR with a customer based focus and a sound knowledge of business to enable CPR to distribute high quality, low cost go kart parts to the national community now and into the future. 

  

  

 

Administration Manager - Emilyn-Mae Jones

Emilyn-Mae increases CPR's customer focus with additonal retail industry experience.  Emilyn's interest in motorsport coupled with her desire to achieve brings enthusiasm to the CPR team.  Emilyn's customer service background also provides CPR an edge and creates a reliable customer update interaction and accurate admistration control ensuring customers are provided absolute top-quality service at all times.  Emilyn is dedicated to providing timely updates and premum order transparency and gives CPR an unrivaled customer service quality to exceed customer interaction expectations.

 

   

Inventory Control - Nicholas Manche

Nicholas brings an enthusastic and fresh methodical strategy to the third-party owned store.  His systemised approach to the store organisational structure provides a solid foundation to growth in our warehouse. Nicholas provides CPR with a deliverying a customer focused connection throughout the entire company ensuring customer orders are correctly and safely picked, packed & dispatched in optimum time.  Nicholas ensures customers experience delivery and dispatch that are beyond their expecations - the keystone to CPR's success.

 

 

 

 

Engine Development - Josh Pamment

Josh integrates his extensive engine building experience with CPR's ground-breaking cost efficiency and lightning fast dispatch to provide CPR's proven performance engine range.  He also brings further retail experience to CPR ensuring even the engine builds are focused on customer satisfaction and practicality.  Responsible for building and developing CPR's competition engines, Josh is methodical, critical, and technical.  With genuine HONDA training providing additonal support to his repertoire Josh's "only the best will do" attitude produces proven race-winning engines weekly.  Josh not only builds, but develops and tests engines on the track, where it matters most.  He can be found at various local tracks winning events regularly.  Josh is the key to CPR's engine success.

 

 

EV Development - Damian Butcher

Damian brings over 10 years industrial fabrication skills to CPR as DRIFTECH.  Specialising in electric vehicle and composites, his experience provides CPR with valuable electic vehicle insight and practical development potential.  Damian's ability to integrate practical customer-focused products with existing and new technology ensures the CPR range is constantly evolving and revolutionising industry standards.  Damian's passion for un-earthed technological advances coupled with his keen interest in motorsport and all things mechanical creates exciting new opportunites for the CPR team to bring to market and exhillerate customers.  Damian is to become a pivotal component of CPR's product range as we move to a sustainable energy solution for motorsport. 

 

 

Chassis Development - Dale Dunston

Dale brings a wealth of knowledge on chassis tuning to CPR.  His background includes running his own kart shop as well as numerous wins and regular unofficial coaching clinics.  Dale provides extensive insight into chassis design and tune including mounting systems.  In addition, Dale provides technically rich advice and direction in terms of development.  Dales input into CPR helps create a foundation of customer focused products with real-world tuning and testing.  Dale is a key driver for customer experience and research through our popular forum.
